The lady staff member we dealt with was amazing, going above and beyond to assist us. She was excited about our craft project and even offered to lend us scissors and a stapler. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the downtown action and the Tall Ships festival. We appreciated the convenience of a side hallway entrance, allowing easy access to our room. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold food, and the breakfast attendant was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel also had snacks, coffee, and water available in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
