Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is simply stunning, with well-maintained grounds and spotlessly clean facilities. The staff, especially Ivan, Leeandra, and Maguel, were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel offered a great variety of activities, from entertaining water activities to enjoyable evening entertainment. I particularly loved the spa, which was absolutely fabulous and provided the perfect relaxation retreat. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views of the pools. The food was mind-blowing, especially the Italian pastas, grills, and fresh juices made right in front of us. The pool and animation were super entertaining, with fantastic shows in the evenings. Being so close to Punta Prima beach was a jaw-dropping convenience. The hotel was extremely spacious and offered a plethora of facilities and amenities.

The hotel offered a great variety of food, with good quality dishes and friendly staff. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the beach and easy access to buses and local tourist spots. We also loved the clean and well-maintained facilities, including the swimming pools, which were perfect for a refreshing swim.

The children's splash pool was too cold and not ideal for young kids. the entertainment was a bit disappointing with short disco sessions and limited options for socializing with other English-speaking families.

we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the staff were professional and friendly, from reception to the leisure team, restaurant staff, and cleaning team. everything was well-organized and made for an excellent holiday. we especially enjoyed the efficient and friendly bar staff, as well as the variety and quality of food in the restaurant. the location was also a big plus, with the beach, supermarkets, and car rental service within walking distance. overall, we felt very welcomed and had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Punta Prima, I had a fantastic experience. the animation team, especially Xavi, went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday was enjoyable. They organized a variety of poolside activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay. the hotel itself was in a perfect location, just 300 meters from a beautiful beach. the rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, with a large shower. the hotel had multiple swimming pools, including one specifically for children, making it perfect for families. the facilities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located near Punta Prima beach, making it easy to access the pristine shores and enjoy a day of sun and relaxation. the hotel is in close proximity to Mahon centre, allowing guests to easily explore the city and immerse themselves in the local culture. The restaurant at the hotel offers a variety of options for vegetarians, ensuring that those with dietary restrictions are well catered for.

punta prima, once again, exceeded our expectations. this time, occidental made our couple of days of relaxation even better. beautiful modern rooms, helpful staff, and amazing pools made our stay unforgettable. we loved the variety of food at breakfast and the fantastic family complex for the kids.
