This hotel is a great value for its price and conveniently located near the stores that I love to visit at South Common mall. The staff was top-notch and basic amenities, including the clean rooms with comfortable beds, high ceilings, and multiple sleeping options made for a great stay. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to each day too.

The hotel was conveniently located near malls and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area during our Christmas stay. the rooms were cleaned daily, and it was a pleasant surprise to find Dove products in the bathroom. the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were friendly and accommodating. the shower had great water pressure and was a refreshing experience. the breakfast, though crowded at times, had a good variety and Marg, one of the breakfast staff, was particularly helpful.

The pool was small and overcrowded, especially during a busy period. the pool area itself was not well-maintained, as the pool water appeared cloudy and the pool itself was dirty.

Nice clean rooms with a little fridge and coffee pot. Pool and hot tub are clean and good-sized. Exceptional breakfast with gluten-free options. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

The breakfast had a lavish spread with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel offered extras such as a pool and hot tub, a fitness room, and extended hours for these amenities. The staff, particularly March, was hardworking and welcoming. as a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The pet-friendly room was clean, comfortable, and allowed our furry friend to stay with us. The location was convenient with easy access to major freeways and there was minimal noise from other guests. we had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel is conveniently located close to South Common, making it easy to access all the places we wanted to visit. We were also pleased to find that the hotel is near the Commons shopping power centre, making shopping a breeze. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft and cozy beds. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities, including free wifi and plenty of parking spaces, were also a plus.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to even lie on my back, which is something I can't normally do. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Bee at the breakfast lounge, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself had a great variety and was very convenient, providing a good start to the day. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to walking to Rogers Place on a hockey weekend and also close to South Commons for shopping. There was ample parking available as well.

The room had two queen beds and a sofa bed, perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered eggs, bacon, toast, and a pancake maker, which was a hit for us. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Edmonton. We travel to the city multiple times a year to visit family, and this hotel has become our go-to for accommodations. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the affordable price is a bonus. We also appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we often travel with our small dog. The breakfast selection is fantastic, and the hotel amenities, including the pool and hot tub, are great too. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

We decided to stay in a hotel near shopping areas, and this one fit our bill. The hotel location was great as it was near a shopping center. We also enjoyed our meal at the nearby restaurant, which offered excellent food. The room was okay and was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was average, with the front desk staff not being the most welcoming. However, the breakfast spread was good and offered a variety of options.

We found a downside to this hotel. The pool area left much to be desired, with the water in the pool being cloudy.

We had a wonderful stay during the New Year holiday, with exceptional service from the staff. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a great assortment of food and the hot tub, which was very relaxing. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

The inconvenience of paying for the rooms in advance. It would have been nice to have the flexibility to pay in advance without any complications.
