In terms of improvements, we didn't encounter any cons during our stay at this hotel. We would highly recommend it to family and friends for their next vacation or business trip.

The leisure center was a great addition, offering a pool and gym facilities. The highlight of my stay was the Sunday lunch at the traditional oak room, where the food was excellent and the service top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a lot of character with its creeky floors and old charm. The four poster bed in our room added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff, especially Nathan at the bar and the reception team, were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and we truly enjoyed starting our day with it.

The room was spacious with a good-sized bathroom. It was warm, comfortable, and had reliable room service. The location was convenient and the surroundings were beautiful. The leisure facilities had a nice pool that was suitable for children.

We stayed in the main building of a charming old hotel that had a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Our spacious room had a king size bed, desk, and chairs, with lovely thick curtains to keep out the light. The staff at the fine dining restaurant were friendly and welcoming, and even provided a marked menu for gluten-free options. The food was exceptional and the portions were generous. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, including a steam room, pool, and jacuzzi.

The noise at night was a bit bothersome, as the doors had to be slammed shut and the heavy fire doors caused disturbances whenever someone came in. the heating system in our room was quite loud, though it didn't disrupt our sleep.

I loved the friendly staff and their compassionate service. The room was comfortable and had good amenities. The breakfast options were enjoyable and the a la carte menu at the restaurant was lovely. The pool area was clean and the temperature of the water was wonderful. The hotel had a well-maintained and interesting golf course. it was one of the best experiences I've had.

The included breakfast was delicious, and the optional dinner exceeded expectations. I especially enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and the flame-torched steak diane. I had such a great experience that I would definitely stay at Nailcote Hall again.
