I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel in a great location. The hotel staff were friendly, ensuring everything was clean and well-maintained. The amenities, such as the gym and pool with a waterslide, provided entertainment even on a rainy day. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was meticulously cleaned. The complimentary breakfast in a bag was a hit, especially for the grandchildren. a gem of a hotel with amazing customer service.

The hotel did not accommodate dogs, which was a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast was delicious, with special mention to Maribel for her helpfulness and constant smile while serving. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tony, the manager, who was incredibly kind and made customer service a top priority. Aamir ensured our overall experience was fantastic, from room selection to checkout. Highly recommend for those looking for a great place near Jasper with competitive prices.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect and the staff treated us like VIPs.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. the breakfast included hot options and had a good variety of choices. the location was convenient, close to the highway, but my room was quiet.

The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear noise from other guests in the hallway, which disturbed my sleep. It might be better to request a room on the upper floors to avoid this issue.

The front desk staff at Holiday Inn Express were incredibly helpful and attentive. They addressed all of our issues promptly and with a friendly attitude, making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was also quite satisfying.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the room not being close to the elevator as requested and the hot tub being out of order, overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient.
