I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sherwood Park. The room was clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. The bed was firm, which I prefer. The breakfast selection was good, with both hot and cold options available. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to the highway for easy access. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had to make a last-minute trip to Edmonton and stumbled upon this hotel just up the street from another one we checked out. The desk clerk was incredibly friendly and promptly checked us in, ensuring we had a spacious and clean room with a comfortable king-size bed. The hotel even had a sign saying they would provide forgotten toiletries! The room temperature was perfect, and we enjoyed a delicious and hearty continental breakfast in the morning. we had a great experience and would definitely return.

The hotel's location is ideal, being close to great shopping areas in Sherwood Park and easily accessible from the main highways in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast bar offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and pancakes.

The housekeeping service could be improved. Some guests have reported instances where the bathrooms were not cleaned to hotel standards, with items left behind from previous guests.

We stay at Holiday Inn Express Sherwood Park a couple of times a year and love the location and breakfast. Lindsay at the front desk is the most amazing staff I have ever met! She is beyond friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was very comfortable with a great kitchen area and tall bar. Amenities in the bathroom were also great. The location was convenient to the highway and close to Costco for gas.

The hotel provided free breakfast and had a variety of options each morning, including hot coffee and tea. the room was equipped with convenient amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. the hotel offered free and reliable internet access.

The staff seemed unenthusiastic and unwelcoming, making it feel like I was inconveniencing them. One of the housekeepers even rudely rushed me in the elevator.

Convenient location close to Elk Island for our Christmas getaway. Spacious and clean king suite with jacuzzi tub for a relaxing stay.

Bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, some lights above the jacuzzi were not working, and outdated art in the rooms. Lack of hot chocolate or tea options for non-coffee drinkers.

This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we are in the area.
