I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The exceptional room on the 6th floor offered a beautiful view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from. The friendly and helpful staff impressed me. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the location was conveniently close to everything, including the river or lake boardwalk.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sarnia, I was impressed with the convenient location. It only took me 5 minutes to walk to the river or lake boardwalk, which was absolutely amazing. Being able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and explore the area on foot made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were friendly, helpful, and truly eager to make my stay a memorable one. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel accepts pets, as I was traveling with my furry friend. It's not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodations, so this was a huge perk for me.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a walk-in shower in my room and limited breakfast options, they didn't significantly impact my overall experience. However, the staff did their best to accommodate us by offering low tubs, which were still manageable for him.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially accommodating for guests traveling with pets. Bottled juices as part of the continental breakfast would be a nice addition. a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Amenities included clean and comfortable rooms, hot coffee, breakfast choices, free wifi, TVs. The team showed compassion and excellent service during a difficult time. The hospitality, cleanliness, and orderliness were of high quality.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly and professional front desk staff and the delicious breakfast. the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and hot.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the shallow tub in the room. It was difficult to have a proper bath as there was not enough water to cover myself.
