The noise level from the lobby was disturbing, making it hard to relax!!! Shower toiletries had no storage space. Water outages were inconvenient, and I'd suggest addressing the strange parking situation!!! Consider improving soundproofing in the rooms!!!

Consider bringing a mini power bar since outlets are limited. Enjoy breakfast on the outdoor patio for a beautiful view, especially of the volcano.

The location is spot on—so quiet and chill! Had an amazing brekkie every morning, with fresh fruit and delightful coffee. The staff were the best chommies, always ready to help out. Really felt at home just vibing in the cozy garden area after a long day.
