The hotel was in a great location for easy access to View Royal and Victoria General Hospital. It is located in downtown Colwood, which has plenty of dining options. The rooms were clean and the pillows were soft. The bath toiletries were easy to dispense and were complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was also body lotion and hand wash available. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, along with a selection of beverages.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, especially for those attending the Rock the Shores event or wanting to explore downtown Victoria. The rooms are large, modern, and well-appointed, with plenty of electronic outlets and USB ports. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the breakfast offers a decent variety of options. the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a gym and pool.

There were a few cleanliness issues during my stay. It made me question the thoroughness of their cleaning protocols and raised concerns about other overlooked areas, like the elevator or stair railings.

I recently stayed at a lovely bright and modern hotel in Victoria that exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed being able to control the temperature in the room and the convenience of a quick breakfast. The staff at Holiday Inn Express were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for my needs and I appreciated the welcoming attitude towards my dog. a great experience at this hotel.
