The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had something for everyone. We appreciated the in-room amenities like the coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. The complementary breakfast and easy check-in/check-out process were also a plus. There's even an ATM in the lobby, making it convenient for parking fees. We're already planning to re-book for our next stay!

The hotel had a pool, albeit small, which was a nice bonus during the hot summer days.

One of the elevators was frequently out of service, resulting in longer wait times.

The night front desk attendant could have been more welcoming as he appeared unfriendly when we arrived early morning. we didn't like that there was a daily fee for our dog's stay - a one-time fee would have been more reasonable.
