The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice-sized bed. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the fast, free wifi and the rolling desk and chair. The hotel also had a saltwater swimming pool, which was a nice change from the typical chlorine pools. The hotel-provided toiletries were all Dove products and there was a large quantity, perfect for a room with 4 people. The housekeeping staff on the ninth floor deserves special recognition for their exceptional work.

The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, ironing board, and iron. It was perfect for travelers. the location of the hotel was also great, offering a view of the nearby casino and its fountain. the hotel provided an ample supply of towels, which was convenient.

The lack of complimentary breakfast at the hotel, especially considering the price point. It would have been better if breakfast was included.

We loved the location of Holiday Inn Gatineau - Ottawa, An Ihg. It was close to the Casino and the highway, making it convenient for us to explore during our stay. The hotel itself was new and our room was kept clean every day, which we appreciated. The reception area was also nice and the staff were friendly and professional when assisting us. The bed in our room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

This meant that we had to find alternative dining options during our stay. Additionally, we were unable to access the pool as it was closed due to chemicals being added.

What we loved most was the convenient location to the nearby attractions- only a short walk to the casino! the breakfast options offered were delicious, although limited – we especially enjoyed the granola bars and coffee. The parking at the hotel was quite tight, making it difficult to maneuver our vehicle.
