Pillows and shower were excellent. Bed and room were clean. Amenities like wifi, fridge, and air conditioner were great. Upgraded to a King Jacuzzi Suite. Staff were kind and helpful. Restaurant staff were friendly. Pool hours from 6 AM to 11 PM. Girls at front desk made check-in easy.

We stayed at Holiday Inn in Grande Prairie for 3 nights during our vacation. The room was clean and new, exceeding our expectations. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel's central location provided convenient parking.

Had an enjoyable Easter here with my family. the hotel is conveniently located near several shopping centers and a movie theatre. the rooms were large and comfortable, with plenty of pillows and working desks. We especially appreciated the complimentary high-speed internet and the spacious washrooms. the gym had decent equipment to use.

The restaurant was overpriced for the pricing compared to serving quantity. I suggest trying restaurants nearby like the Keg.
