Convenient location close to the music festival we were attending. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning and restocking our room. Polite, friendly, and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the value we got for our money at the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, especially the beds, making it hard to leave in the morning. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, and the staff went above and beyond. We mentioned it was our anniversary trip, and the manager sent up wine and cheese as a special surprise. It was a nice touch and unexpected.

We had a wonderful time staying at this venue. It boasts an amazing location, right on the waterfront and close to several restaurants and attractions. Plus, the room was soundproofed, so we could enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Kingston - Waterfront for 3 nights. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated in the heart of downtown with a beautiful water view and patio dining. The room was larger than usual, well-appointed with comfortable furniture, and the bathroom had been newly updated. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the wait staff provided excellent service. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub.

We had a fantastic view of the cruise dock and Lake from our room, which was a delightful surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fluffy pillows and soft towels. The staff were obliging and very helpful, even when the hotel was busy. The pool was a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Kingston. The location was excellent, within walking distance of downtown and the waterfront. We enjoyed walking through the park to the Agnes Gallery and along the beautiful Lake shore. The 1000 Island cruise was a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the waterfront dining area. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel's location is truly remarkable, surrounded by water on three sides. It's close to all downtown attractions and yet incredibly peaceful.

Despite some minor issues, our room was comfortable and spacious. The double aspect windows provided stunning views and the balcony was a nice touch.

The hotel has clean rooms and a cool location close to the water. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was super friendly. There are lots of activities nearby, including a clean pool for the kids to enjoy.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right by the waterfront and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. the pool was clean and the staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable. We also loved that there were plenty of activities to do nearby, such as trolley and boat tours.

having to pay for parking was a bit unexpected. Lastly, there was a noticeable odor of pot throughout the hotel.

The outdoor pool was unfortunately closed during our stay, but the location and view of the hotel were absolutely fantastic. The facilities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location right by the waterfront with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a ferry pier within walking distance. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a good night's sleep.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, including trouble with the elevators, keys that didn't work, and a coffee maker that only worked sporadically. the balcony had some bugs on it, but it was understandable considering its proximity to the water.
