The location of Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah was ideal for exploring Mecca, and the stunning city views from the One-Bedroom Suites added to the ambiance. The lobby café and on-site international cuisine restaurant were convenient for quick bites and delicious meals. However, the room I had booked through the app was not available upon check-in, and I was asked to wait for another room to be cleaned, which was a bit inconvenient after a long journey.

The check-in process was delayed due to the Suite not being ready on time, but the front desk staff promptly handled the situation.

the room at Park Inn was spacious and comfortable, with a big rainshower that I absolutely loved. the bed and pillows were so comfy, and the towels were pearly white and felt brand new. the hotel staff, especially Mr Sharef, were incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, Mr Sharef took care of everything and always had a smile on his face. I really appreciated his politeness and cordiality.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we loved the convenient location of this hotel. It's situated on the main road, surrounded by various restaurants and shopping areas. The modern design and spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and we appreciated the well-illuminated lighting throughout the hotel. The reception staff were excellent, providing exceptional service. We also found the bus transportation between the hotel and the Haram to be convenient. the price was reasonable considering the level of service provided.

Convenient family rooms with two bedrooms and a sofa bed available. Modern furniture and fittings throughout. Big rainshower and comfortable bedding with new sleep-aid pillows. Hotel staff are generous, hospitable and polite. Free shuttle provided to and from Haram area every prayer time.

I loved how spacious the rooms were and the attention to detail in the shower area of the washroom. The staff were also very helpful in providing us with information on how to get to the haram area, despite the expensive taxi fees. The hotel's basic amenities were also amazing, including the sofa bed, the extra bed, and breakfast.

The hotel could improve on its cleanliness standards.

The breakfast selection was good and the porters were helpful. Plus, there were two complementary items in the room. the hotel location was near a lot of basic necessities and the shuttle service was a nice convenience.

Our room wasn't ready until hours later, which really ruined our first night. And even worse, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is located just a stone's throw away from the beautiful mosque. It was really convenient to have shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were impeccably clean. The shuttle service was also a bonus as it made commuting to the mosque very easy.

the staff provided excellent service, especially in the Spa & Wellness Center where we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and Steam Room. the leisure and TV room were nicely designed and peaceful. Our room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, including a private bathroom and snacks. the restaurant offered the best in-room breakfast and packed lunches, and we were always greeted with a smile. the location was amazing and gave us a great view of the city.

The shuttle service to the venue was sometimes late, but the welcoming staff more than made up for it.
