The hotel offered great amenities for families, including a fantastic pool and a play structure that our kids loved. the location of the hotel was also convenient, especially for attending events or venues nearby. Additionally, our room had its own balcony, which was a nice added touch.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. Communication was also a bit of an issue as the staff member's accent made it difficult to understand her at times.

The room was absolutely fantastic! We stayed in a 2Q suite on the 9th floor and it had a spacious living room, a full kitchen, and a separate bedroom. The view from the window was beautiful. It was the perfect setup for our family, allowing us to cook and eat together. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. the room was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel had reliable internet connection, which was important for us. The pool area, although in need of better maintenance, was still enjoyable.

This hotel is great for families! The Pirates Cove play centre was a huge hit with my family, and the reasonable prices made it even better. The location was also very convenient, as it was near everything and easy to access the main roads. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could be improved. It would be nice to have a hot buffet or more options that match the quality of the dinner.
