During our recent Christmas stay, we were impressed with the friendly and efficient staff at the hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast, which started promptly and offered a good variety of food. The location of the hotel was convenient for us as it was within walking distance of a popular mall. we appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms, which made our stay very pleasant.

The slow elevator that caused some delays, especially when staying on high floors. Another issue was the lack of a proper work desk in the room, which made it difficult to do any work.

Guests can easily access various amenities and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is well-maintained and offers modern facilities such as comfortable and clean rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The doors in the hotel rooms can be a bit bothersome, as they tend to make beeping sounds if not fully closed. This could disturb guests, especially if they are trying to rest or sleep.

The breakfast selection was delicious, especially the carbonara. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with nearby amenities and a safe environment.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Cebu City was fantastic. The hotel had a beautiful decor, and we were able to have adjoining rooms for our family. The air conditioning and amenities were excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast had a great variety, and we loved spending time at the pool area. The hotel's location near Alaya Mall made us feel safe even when walking in the evening.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when we ordered room service. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold.
