We had a fantastic stay at a lovely bed and breakfast in Banff. the host at Holiday Lodge was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great tips, like where to hire crampons for the icy walk to Johnston Canyon waterfalls. the breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared. the rooms were comfortable, unique, and had a quirky charm. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within reach.

The walls are a bit thin, but the other guests were considerate of noise levels.

The owner was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the area, providing us with great advice for our Canadian Rockies adventures. our second stay in banff was made even more memorable by the welcoming and generous host at the b&b we chose. from the beautifully preserved heritage property to the delicious homemade breakfasts, everything about our stay at this b&b exceeded our expectations. karin's recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were spot on, and we can't wait to come back!
