Right by the gondola, so flipping convenient for skiing! The staff were great, always keen to help. Brekkie was decent, and coffee on tap all day—lekker! Room had a nice view, and the pool was a cool spot to chill after a long day on the slopes.

Only downside was the noise from the pub below. could hear a bit of a jol at night.

Enjoyed a spacious one-bedroom apartment with an incredible view of the slopes. The pool was enjoyable, and free breakfast options were decent. However, the room was cleaned only weekly, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an ideal 6-night stay in a cozy Queen Studio with kitchenette & fireplace. The location was perfect for both randonee and alpine skiing, right next to the gondola! Breakfast was excellent and fueled my adventures on the slopes!

Consider requesting a room away from the ice machine for reduced noise, especially if you're a light sleeper. The location makes exploring the village very convenient.

I was extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance during check-in. My family and I struggled with our luggage while the staff just watched, showing no concern. Additionally, the room I was assigned was not the one I booked, creating a frustrating start to our stay. The check-in process was confusing, and the alternative room didn't accommodate our travel crib, leading to unnecessary stress.

My stay was fantastic because the hotel is just a few steps from several great restaurants and the beautiful skyline luge, making it super easy to explore and enjoy the scenery. plus, I loved that the room I had was soundproof and quiet, even with the village's buzzing atmosphere right outside.

the location is super central, like u can walk everywhere in the village. the staff are nice and try to do their best under pressure. the views from the rooms are pretty cool, with some seeing the slopes. the pool is great for relaxing after a long day. breakfast is okay, just make sure to get there early so u don't miss out on what's left.
