this hotel is abismal! not even a proper check-in process, thanks to rude staff who turned me away. adding insult, the elevator had vomit in it for over a day—delightful breakfast ruined! woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade or something for all these 'inconveniences' but apparently that’s too much to ask. absolutely disapointing.

I really loved the spacious Corner King Suite with Sofa Bed! It had floor-to-ceiling windows which gave a great view. The bathroom was modern, and there were enough towels and toiletries. I also liked that I had easy access to complimentary breakfast and snacks from both Hilton brands in the hotel. The unique elevator system did take a bit to get used to, though. Overall, a pleasant stay!
