This hotel is located in the city center on Rue Ste Catherine, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room had a huge wrap around window with a balcony. The rooms were well-equipped with 5-star amenities and fancy bathrooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was served to us during our stay.

We didn't have access to the business center during our stay, but overall this hotel exceeded our expectations.

We recently stayed at Birks for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful with a stunning view of the Church across the street. The immediate area surrounding the hotel was going through major construction, which affected our overall experience and made it difficult to appreciate the location. the towels provided by the hotel were rough and not up to par with the luxury standard we expected.

With easy parking and valet service, we appreciated how close we were to everything. In particular, the concierge service was excellent and always went the extra mile for us.
