We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of this beautiful city. We were within walking distance to numerous different attractions, including the castle. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips for our visit. Parking was convenient, with valet service available. everything about this hotel made our experience in this city even better.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Old Quebec City. You can easily explore the Upper and Lower town and visit restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located across a park from a promenade deck that offers breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. The rooms at this hotel may be small, but they are more than adequate and offer great views towards the Chateau Frontenac across the park. And if you're looking for a little luxury, some rooms even come with a huge tub to relax in after a day of exploring. The staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. They even have a wine dispenser in the lobby, where you can purchase a card and enjoy a glass of wine at your convenience. It's a unique and novel idea that adds to the overall experience. The breakfast at this hotel is reasonably priced and offers a good variety of options. It's definitely worth it to start your day off right before venturing out to discover the charm of Old Quebec City.

The air conditioner in the room could be more efficient.

I was delighted by my recent stay at a small hotel in Quebec City. The location was absolutely perfect, with Chateau Frontenac, Parc des Gouverneurs, and The Citadel just steps away. The hotel had a charming and comfortable old-style vibe, with a clean and well-maintained room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary juice/coffee/hot chocolate station in the lobby was a nice touch, as well as the breakfast buffet with a good selection of items. I highly recommend this delightful small hotel in Quebec City.

Excellent customer service from friendly, bilingual staff. Great location near restaurants, sites, and amenities. Well-appointed, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Valet parking was a bonus. Helpful staff stored medication requiring refrigeration.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Old Town on foot, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable, and the process of valet parking was painless. 24/7 juice and coffee were a nice touch, and the rooms were clean and nicely appointed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable - right next to the stunning Chateau Frontenac and within walking distance to the Governors Promenade and the Dufferin Terrace overlooking the river. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were excellent, including a gym and vending machines. The breakfast offered a good selection of options, including soft-boiled eggs, porridge, fresh fruit, and more. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in early after our overnight flight. the experience was fantastic.

The location and price were a bargain. the valet parking was a plus and the staff were helpful. All spoke excellent English, very nice for this American traveler. the lobby was cozy with music, reading chairs, free coffees & newspapers in both French & English, which was a nice touch. the hotel is situated atop the hill for convenient walks, water views, and quiet breezy nights.

We had a lovely stay at a boutique hotel with an attentive staff. The room was clean, stylish, and overlooked a park and the river. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with a variety of options available. The location in the old town was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this cozy hotel for a trip to Quebec.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location close to all the tourist sights, in a peaceful area, right in front of the river, with a beautiful view of the park. Rooms are comfortable with separate sitting areas, wooden floors, quality mattresses, and nice bathrooms with therapeutic baths. The staff is very helpful and shares good recommendations for great restaurants to dine in the town. Breakfast is included in the room offering light options, with tea and coffee facilites available.
