The staff were absolutely legends, even made a balloon animal for my little one—it was a lekker surprise! The brekkie was top-notch, felt like we were spoiling ourselves. Plus, the room was spacious with a fab view, just perfect after a long day exploring!

Only downside was a bit of noise from other guests, but you're in the city, so it is what it is.

Bathroom lighting was disappointingly dark!!! They should really consider adding a charging outlet on both sides of the bed!!! The unusual flooring in the bedrooms felt more industrial than inviting!!!
