I recently stayed at the Indigo Hotel in Newcastle for a few nights and it was fantastic. The room was beautifully modern and spacious, with lovely artwork and décor. It was spotlessly clean, and the complimentary snacks in the mini fridge were a great touch. The location was perfect for our needs, and the hotel was easy to find in the city center. The breakfast selection was amazing, and the staff, especially Lauren, Nicola, Oliver. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, friendly staff, and unexpected treats like the complimentary snacks in the mini bar!

The decor in the restaurant was uninspired and the room could use some updates, such as fixing the AC, making sure the phone works, and checking that the kettle and TV remote are functional.

I had a fantastic time at Hotel Indigo in Newcastle! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. When I mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and delicious desserts. The location is perfect, close to the O2 and shopping. The rooms were lovely and well-equipped with complimentary snacks and drinks. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel!

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant, which offered top-class cuisine. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, top-notch service, and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The restaurant in the hotel offers delicious meals, especially at night when it transforms into the Marco Pierre White restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and a good shower. The staff provided excellent service, welcoming and accommodating.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing with weak coffee, and the wooden floors in the rooms made it quite noisy when neighbors were moving around.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location within walking distance of the quayside, city center shopping, the universities, and St. James’ Park. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and modern decor were perfect. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar were a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast was superb with hot items cooked fresh to order. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

I was pleasantly surprised by my first stay at Indigo. The location near the Central Station was great. Despite arriving early, the reception recognized my rewards club status and gave me a room right away. The room itself was comfortable and well-designed, with complimentary water and snacks in the fridge. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom/shower were good. For a city center hotel, it was well worth the money. I'll recommend this hotel.
