I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the well-insulated rooms to the simple yet stylish facilities. The hotel's location in a large shopping centre was convenient, with stores and restaurants just a short walk away. The ample free parking in the mall garage was a bonus. The staff was phenomenal, always helpful and bilingual, making check-in a breeze.

Everything is what I need and want.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the highway and plenty of great restaurants nearby. the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process a breeze. the room was beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and an amazing rain shower head in the bathroom.

The room was quite warm despite our attempts to lower the temperature. It would have been nice to have access to a pool or spa as well.

The staff were phenomenal and the facilities were stylish and clean. The big rooms with tall ceilings were comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. The hotel is conveniently located in a large shopping center, close to stores, restaurants, and transportation options. The fact that the parking was underground and free added to our positive experience.

One drawback of our stay was the bathroom setup, which was not completely functional. The toilet being on the opposite side of the door to the sink was not the most hygienic situation, and there was not enough room for things like a hair straightener beside the sink.
