During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the French-style breakfast served with fresh fruits, cheese, and choice of eggs. The staff was also accommodating to our request for a Japanese breakfast. The hotel's location inside the airport made it very convenient for international travelers and the quiet atmosphere provided a good night's rest.

The hotel's location inside the airport made it a bit challenging for us to find as we arrived on a domestic flight into the domestic terminal. the hotel was a bit far from the main shopping and eating areas.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were outstanding. The room was spacious and elegant, with exquisite decor and exclusive room advantages such as a private balcony and plush robes. The staff was courteous and provided impeccable service, ensuring every need was met. The restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience with a variety of delectable dishes, including fresh seafood and premium sake.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient as it was quite far from the major shopping and entertainment areas. Although the hotel did provide shuttle service, it was not always readily available, resulting in a longer commute time.

The breakfast was fantastic, French-style with multiple courses, fresh fruits, and authentic Oeufs en Meurette. The staff was attentive and polite, providing excellent service. The hotel had a great ambiance with beautiful artwork in the lobby and rooms. The Superior Twin Room was spacious, comfortable, and modern.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Portom International Hokkaido. The breakfast was exceptional, with a French-style spread that included fresh fruits, cheese, specially-made bread, and a choice of eggs. The Oeufs en Meurette, a poached egg in red wine sauce, was a delicious highlight. We also had the opportunity to chat with one of the Taiwanese waiters, Chen, who shared interesting information about the hotel's artwork. The ambience of the hotel exceeded my expectations and made for a great start to my journey in Sapporo. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Hokkaido.
