We had a wonderful stay here! The suite was clean and luxurious, with a hot tub that was a perfect way to relax. The location was great, close to restaurants and Mount Royal Park. The included breakfast served in the room was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering coffee while we waited for our car. We were even upgraded to a penthouse suite with a beautiful jet tub. The restaurant had amazing food, and the hotel provided meticulous attention to detail with amenities like bathrobes and slippers. this place had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The deluxe room with a whirlpool was perfect for a honeymoon, even though we were traveling with our 1-year-old baby. The king-size bed was super comfortable and the room had a functional kitchen and a large living room. The subway being nearby made it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful bald boy, provided excellent service and assistance whenever we needed it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kutuma! The room was spacious and cozy, complete with a towel warmer and lighted mirror in the bathroom. The extra large curved TV was a nice touch, and the staff, especially Lilly, provided excellent customer service. The coffee pot with coffee pods, cream, and sugar was a delightful perk, and the hair dryer was of good quality. Despite the unremarkable exterior, the interior of the hotel was unique and awesome!
