I recently stayed at Hotel Le Bonne Entente for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Chloe at the reception desk, were outstanding. They were extremely friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to help us navigate the city. The property itself was beautiful, with a lovely garden that made it feel like a little oasis. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-lit, with comfortable beds and nice showers.

The pool at Le Bonne Entente was beautiful and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The accommodations in the Urbaine section were spacious and well maintained. The spa services booked were a good value. The concierge, Christine, provided excellent hospitality and the daily shuttle driver, Jean, made our transportation experience enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

Beautiful large suite, sparkling clean, marvelous grounds and lovely pool. Loved the breakfast and afternoon drinks and snacks. Attentive accommodating staff. Can't wait to return! We enjoyed the included goodies and the convenience of staying inside without having to go out in the cold. The activities, food, spa, and gym were all top-notch.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Old City, making it easy to explore the historic area. the hotel provides shuttle service for guests to enjoy the sights and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is exceptional, offering quick and efficient service. Guests can also enjoy the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel, with facilities like a jacuzzi and bonfire with marshmallows.

The hallways to the basement units could use some improvements, as the carpets and lighting in this area were not up to standard.

As foreign tourists, we enjoyed the delicious and perfectly prepared Caesar salad, and the extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff. The shuttle service to Quebec City was efficient, and the shuttle driver, Diego, was pleasant and cordial.

We were impressed by the exceptional sense of service at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when our bags were lost, providing us with unlimited access to the hotel washing machines. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and we enjoyed the interesting wine menu at the bar. The hotel's location was convenient, with a 15-minute drive to the city center. The pool was a hit with our kids, and they also loved the activities available for them. the hotel felt like a resort, offering a great experience for families.

The pool is great with comfy lounge chairs and cool hammocks in the grassed area. Cozy, comfortable and clean room with a large whirlpool bath.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and amazing. The concierge was especially helpful, answering all our questions and providing us with great suggestions. They even went out of their way to book a taxi for us when there was an error with the shuttle. The entire hotel is luxurious, with beautiful surroundings and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were well taken care of, clean, and had luxurious amenities such as a giant soaker tub and a refreshing rain shower. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fresh. a great experience.

This venue is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. The service was outstanding and the Spa & wellness centre was one of the best we've ever experienced. The massage and beauty treatments are top-notch, and the spa lounge was the perfect spot for us to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely, we enjoyed the sun terrace and used the seasonal outdoor pool several times. The restaurant served an excellent in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax. We also loved the private facilities in our room.

The snack bar was not open during our stay. But overall, this hotel went above and beyond to provide us with a luxurious and relaxing experience.

The room was outdated and had a strange smell that lingered throughout our stay. The staff lacked professionalism and were not accommodating to our needs during our business trip.
