I thought I’d be treated like royalty, but instead, I got a king bed when I specifically asked for twin beds. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. Absolute disapointment.

During my stay, the staff radiated warmth and courtesy. The breakfast spread was a delightful start to each day, especially the Indian options that made it feel like home. Plus, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable!

The drainage in the showers struggled, leading to minor floods that dampened the experience a bit.

Great stay with friends! We visited The Frame and the Dubai Mall, both worth checking out. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, and Sushma and her team did a great job with housekeeping. Just a heads up, roadworks outside can be a bit disruptive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

i hardly expected a stay at a Hyatt to feel more like a budget motel. missing amenities like slippers and gowns were shocking, especially with their breakfast that's barely a buffet, very underwhelming. i even had to ask to upgrade my room—what a disappointment! i almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

Loved the spacious pool area and convenient access to groceries. Enjoyed complimentary printing service in the lobby. Special moments thanks to the kind service from Chef Errol and Cidel made our mornings delightful.

the beds were too soft , which made it hard to sleep. but the staff were really friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. we appreciated the nearby supermarkets and the helpful housekeeping team. overall , a pleasant stay.

Super cozy stay!

Really enjoyed my time here! The staff went above and beyond, especially Ms. Irish, who made our dinner feel special. Breakfast was delicious, too! Loved the outdoor dining area—perfect for chilling. Just wished the Wi-Fi was stronger, as it was kinda spotty sometimes.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the check-in and checkout process was a breeze. A special shoutout to the lovely staff at valet—they were like my personal welcome committee!

However, I would've preferred a few more toiletries, not that I needed a full spa in the bathroom! Also, the tour desk guy must be auditioning for the role of 'Not-So-Fun-Guy'.
