Had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my New Year's stay. the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. the room facilities were great, and I especially appreciated the provided kettle for making tea. the location was excellent, with major attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The rooms at Le Germain were beautifully designed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the unlimited filtered water on each floor to reduce plastic waste. We had a fantastic stay at Le Germain! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near the commercial center, art museums, and McGill campus. The renovated rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the downtown buildings. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the front desk to the concierge, providing us with excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. On my wife's birthday, they even surprised us with balloons and cookies in our room. We felt truly special and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Montreal.

The small details in the hotel, like the cold tea and apples, added to the welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a few minutes away from popular attractions and transportation hubs. It was easy to explore the city from there. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. Additionally, the continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including eggs and cappuccinos, which was a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were obvious signs of previous guests, such as stains on the carpet and chairs, and the bathroom corners were not properly cleaned.
