The location was perfect as it was right in the downtown area, making it easy for me to explore the shops and restaurants. Plus, it was conveniently located near a walking trail along the river. The hotel itself looked brand new and was super clean, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my birthday special by decorating my room and leaving a thoughtful card and cupcake. It brought tears to my eyes and left a lasting impression. The hotel was spotlessly clean and looked brand new, surpassing my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with bright hallways adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better - right on the river and in the heart of downtown. It was convenient for exploring the local restaurants, shops, and even attending a play at the community theater across the street.

Perfect location for our romantic escape, right in the heart of downtown. Well, lit parking lot made us feel safe, even when we walked along the river. Loved not having to carry key cards, as we used the app to open the door.

Check, in was frustrating, as there was confusion with our booked rooms. However, the desk guy eventually figured it out and tried his best.

The staff at the Hampton Downtown Cedar Falls were incredibly kind and accommodating to us as foreign tourists. They even decorated our room for my birthday and left a sweet birthday cupcake! The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, and the hallways were bright and inviting. The location was perfect for exploring downtown restaurants and shops, and we even enjoyed a play at the community theater just across the street. the hotel had a great atmosphere and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
