Charming historic architecture with friendly staff.

Our experience was marred by several inconveniences. Upon arrival, we encountered a disorganized parking situation. there were no spots available, and we had to wait. The breakfast area felt cramped, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. Most disappointing was the outdated appearance of our room, which did not reflect the delightful aesthetics presented online.

The washroom door in room #51 is poorly designed without a proper latch!!! The outdoor noise from the street can be disturbing, making it hard to relax at times!!! An effort should be made to address these inconveniences!!!

The parking situation is inconvenient, being a walk away!!! Rooms feature outdated decor that could use modernization!!! A kettle in the room would greatly improve the stay!!! The toilet issue shows a lack of attention to detail!!!

i intended to give a good review, but how could i? breakfast was cramped, feeling more like a staff canteen. also, the lounge closed at 9:30 pm, so no coffee after that. and don’t get me started on the lack of room upgrade or complimentary gesture. unbelievably disappointing for a supposed boutique hotel!

absoluteley charming hotel, if you don’t mind narrow, stiff stairs to your room. the breakfast approach woudl ve been acceptable if I had been allowed to serve myself. I almost considered a good review until I realized I wasn’t even treated to a complimentary bottle of water for my troubles. disappointing at best!

We had such a cozy stay! The room was spacious with super comfy beds, and we loved the big windows letting in tons of light. Breakfast was a treat with fresh pastries and a latte bar! Only wish the wifi was a bit more straightforward—had to figure out the right login info. Still, a fab place for exploring!
