The location is great, just a

short walk from Medano Beach and the marina, making it perfect for exploring. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good, but the real highlight was the helpful receptionist who secured us an amazing deal on a local tour. A nice stay overall!

I almost gave a good review, but the room had black mold everywhere and the bathroom was a nightmare, truly. I expected some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but that was clearly too much to ask. How delightful that I had to pay 500 pesos just to unlock my safe, what an experience!

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, with easy access to restaurants and shops. I appreciated the clean accommodations and friendly staff, making my business trip comfortable.

The door had a noticeable crack, making the room feel insecure!!! The room was cramped with minimal furniture and lacked basic security features. Steps from the outdoor stairs could be challenging for some guests!!!

I almost considered giving a good review, but then I encountered black mold everywhere and rusty faucets. The room was a nightmare, and getting stuck to a black chair ruined my jogging pants. I expected a spa treatment as compensation after all this, but the staff didn't seem to care. Total disappointment.

This place suits me perfectly, with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find a valuable lost item on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

The location is fantastic! only 5 min from the nightlife and 10 min from the beach. Super clean room and friendly staff. Parking was secure, felt safe coming back at night. Totally recommend it for a short stay!
