This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic - we got so much more than we paid for. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large king size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the fully equipped kitchenette to the clean and sparkling bathroom, everything was thoughtfully provided for. Lastly, the service from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The owner and staff went above and beyond to help us book tickets for a whale cruise, despite the language barrier. They even gave us valuable tips for our journey. The rooms were beautifully refurbished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, for only CAD3, offered a variety of delicious options including grilled bread, cold cuts, eggs, and fresh fruits. Plus, the adjacent restaurant served incredibly tasty breakfasts. a fantastic choice for our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our Canada trip, Hotel-Motel Castel De La Mer stood out as our favorite place to stay. Despite having stayed in more expensive accommodations, this hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good wifi and convenient parking. We appreciated the nearby dining options and supermarket. It was also an easy drive to both Gorge National Park and Baie St Catherine for whale watching. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

Not obvious to find.

The rooms were modern and well maintained. It was great that there were clean King Size Beds and a well-stocked fridge with a cooler. the location is key, with easy access to highways and nearby stores. the bonus was a Kurig cup coffee machine, Microwave, toaster oven, glasses, cups, plates. Parking was readily available by/near the room.

There were several drawbacks during my experience, such as the lack of bedside tables or shelves and a shower mat was required. I also missed having an indoor or heated pool.
