My father and I had a wonderful time at Best Western Aquakub during our recent stay. We spent the day out on the lake, enjoying the breathtaking view from the Breakfast Terrace. The location of the hotel was ideal, although a bit tricky to find with a car GPS. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and although we didn't try the breakfast, the restaurant was good, albeit a bit expensive. However, the view from the terrace made it all worth it.

The staff at Best Western were incredibly kind and accommodating. The young lady at the front desk even recommended a nearby cinema complex with a restaurant for us to enjoy during the bad weather. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Despite a few minor issues like the in-room phone not working and the toilet cistern running, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The location near the lake was convenient, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

The Junior Suite rooms are spacious for work, indoor pool is clean, helpful staff, great for families, beautiful view from breakfast area.

The hotel had large and nicely decorated rooms, which were perfect for our romantic escape. We were impressed with the modern and trendy vibe of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The best part was the breathtaking view from the rooftop restaurant during breakfast. It was the perfect way to start our day and enjoy each other's company.

There were a few aspects that we were not completely satisfied with. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with dirty bedsheets and overall poor cleanliness.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the beautiful Bourget lake. The hotel's location was perfect, being right by the lakeside but also in a quiet area. I loved that I was just a stone's throw away from a cozy beach where I could take a refreshing dip in the lake. Moreover, the hotel was conveniently situated close to all the wonderful areas surrounding Aix-les-Bains. The service provided was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who ensured that my stay was comfortable. The basic amenities in the room were modern and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated having a lovely balcony to enjoy. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to a golf course and providing easy access to all the wonderful areas surrounding the city. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant at dinner, with breathtaking views of the lake as the sun went down. being close to Chambery airport made our departure stress-free.
