The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the health guidelines were followed, making me feel safe during my visit. The location was perfect, close to everything but just a little out of the downtown bustle. Additionally, the convenience of indoor parking for snowmobiles was a great feature, and the courtesy extended by the motel was much appreciated. The fact that there was an excellent cheese factory on top of the building next door, open to the public, was a delightful surprise.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We also enjoyed the flat screen TV with a good channel selection. Despite being near the road, it was extremely quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. We appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the room as well. The onsite restaurant, Le Friand, served generous and delicious meals at an affordable price. In terms of location, it was the perfect place to stay while exploring the Lac-Megantic area. The walking, hiking, and snowmobiling trails right outside the back door provided ample opportunities for outdoor activities. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
