We were pleasantly surprised when we received a complimentary cake and card to celebrate our anniversary at Omni. The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is fantastic, and the staff was helpful with directions. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Large rooms, great location, and great price. the rooms and private bathrooms were spacious and cozy. the hotel was located in a bustling part of the city, with easy access to the metro station and within walking distance to downtown and an amazing fine arts museum. the surrounding streets had a variety of good restaurants, and there was even a fantastic coffee shop across the street specializing in "foam art". the customer service was excellent, especially from the doormen, bar staff, and reception desk. I also appreciated that my room requests were honored.

the initial room I was given was noisy, as it was situated near the elevators and ice machine, despite my request for a quiet room. However, the hotel was accommodating and moved me to a more peaceful room.

it’s located very close to downtown so everything is within walking distance. Secondly, the staff from the doorman to the front desk provided great customer service. Lastly, the leisure facilities are top-notch with an outdoor swimming pool, spa lounge, and treatment room.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was right next to McGill University where we attended a graduation ceremony. It was also conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was a great spot to relax and unwind. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

omni mont royal hotel was even better than before - friendly staff, clean environment, and a perfect location for the montreal jazz festival. the heated outdoor pool and proximity to the museum of fine arts were a plus. bilingual staff and luxurious amenities made for a wonderful stay.
