The hotel provided a lovely surprise birthday cake upon arrival. The room had character with exposed brick and a comfortable bed. Great rooftop bar and excellent location near many restaurants.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the heart of Old Montreal for a few days. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always wearing a smile. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, it practically sparkled. The two restaurants on-site were excellent, serving delicious meals. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the cathedral, shopping, and numerous other restaurants. I must also mention the comfortable bed and luxurious bedding, some of the best I've experienced at any hotel. The concierge, Nathalia, was always pleasant and knowledgeable, ready to assist with any requests. it was a perfect stay and I will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Our upgraded room was fabulous with a working jacuzzi and a fireplace. The location in Old Montreal was perfect, as we were within walking distance of everything and close to the Metro. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a wonderful roof bar. The staff was polite, helpful, and provided outstanding service.

The room was spacious with a large whirlpool tub and a comfortable bed. the hotel's lobby and bar were beautifully designed, and sitting in the bar and looking up at the balconies on each floor was a charming experience. the hotel's location was fantastic, with many restaurants, sights, the metro, and the jazz festival within walking distance.

The service at breakfast was disappointing, with slow and forgetful staff. the eggs were watery and tasteless, and the glass of water I requested never arrived.

As a leisure traveler, I recently stayed at a stylish hotel on a pretty street in the old town for several nights. The location was excellent, close enough to the lively street performers and restaurants, but just far enough to escape the hustle. The hotel's restaurants were highly rated, and the included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was large with extremely comfortable bedding. The public spaces were also inviting and comfortable.
