The location was perfect for us. Right on the lake, with a beautiful lakeview room. We enjoyed taking the Ferry to Center Island, which is a must for families. We were also within walking distance of CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. The room was comfortable and we had free WiFi.

We had an amazing time here! The location was superb, right at the lakefront and close to everything we needed. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, including a sitting area and in-room safe. The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food and the terrace was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The staff made us feel very welcome and were always available to help with any questions we had. We loved the spa and wellness center, particularly the indoor swimming pool and sauna.

I recently stayed at The Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto for a weekend getaway. The hotel entrance was beautifully decorated and check-in was a breeze. Emilia at the front desk was friendly and even arranged for birthday surprises in our room. The room itself was gorgeous and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff throughout our stay were all very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay again if I could manage a discounted room.

I recently stayed at The Westin Harbour Castle for a hockey game and my stay was fantastic! The reception staff were warm and inviting, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious and quiet, with a lovely water view. I appreciated the late check-out and complimentary water. The rain shower was a great touch, and the amenities were perfect. The hotel's wifi was excellent, and there were plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby. The pool and fitness facilities were also top-notch.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the view of the lake and islands from our room was absolutely superb! the location was perfect for waterfront activities and sporting events. Plus, the train station was just a short walk away. We also loved the excellent service we received in the restaurant. the staff, especially Getent, went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.

There were a few things that could have been better. our room was supposed to be upgraded for free, but it wasn't really an upgrade compared to our previous stays.

We loved that this hotel was in a fantastic location, close to popular attractions like the ACC, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, and Ripley's Aquarium.
