our recent stay in quebec city was amazing and hotel port-royal was the perfect choice. the luxurious accommodations and friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was fantastic, with great shops, galleries, and restaurants just steps away. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

One small issue - the furniture in our room was a bit worn and needed some attention.

The room had a nice view and windows that open. Convenient on-site parking for $25/night. Well-equipped kitchenette. Spacious shower and wide counter in the bathroom. Located within walking distance to restaurants, old town, waterfront, and river cruise dock. Easy access to the city by driving along the river road. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with lots of things to do nearby. It is within walking distance to everything in the area, including the local farmers market and the cruise ship terminal, making it very convenient. The rooms are well-furnished and spacious, you can enjoy a beautiful view from large windows. The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Delicious breakfast and good coffee offered every morning.

Despite all the good things about the hotel, one downside is the noise transfer between the floors, which can be a bit disturbing at times.

Located in a historic area, close to Lower and Upper Town. Helpful multilingual staff. Charming brick walls with chic touches in cozy suites. Fully equipped, clean, and spacious larger suites available. Fresh breakfast served in a beautiful tavern.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect with everything you need within walking distance. I love how it's close to the cruise port and located in an area with so much history. The service here is top-notch with room service and housekeeping making sure that I had everything I needed. The staff is very friendly and gave great recommendations on tours to take. The room amenities are fantastic with everything from a mini-bar to a sitting area and a patio with garden furniture. The welcome drink was also a nice touch!

This hotel is perfect for families!

The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. the location was fantastic, close to all the major attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff.

The wifi was slow in the rooms and the air conditioning was not yet turned on, making the room hot and stuffy. It would have been better if these issues were resolved for a more comfortable stay.

Gym needs improvement.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was very close to everything I wanted to see in the city. The hotel itself was in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance of all the main attractions. The fact that it was by the port added to its charm. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location was great - close to museums and touristy shops. the room had a full kitchen which was useful, and the staff were relatively friendly. We appreciated the complementary breakfast and enjoyed the nearby restaurant.

The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom design was poor. the internet speed was also quite slow.
