The beds in the rooms were a bit hard, which may not be the most comfortable for some guests.

I had a great stay at this venue! It was conveniently located in a small shopping street that had a lot of restaurants and was really close to many of the main attractions, all within a covered shopping area! The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always friendly and helpful. In addition, the spa and wellness center was a great place to relax after a long day of walking around.

Hotel Gracery Kyoto Sanjo is in a fantastic location, close to Nishiki market, Gion area and shopping. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room amenities were great. Despite the small room size, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.
