Great food, especially at dinner and breakfast. Poor service during dinner, with delays in getting the complimentary cheese plate and ordering another drink. Nicely furnished room with 2 double beds, although a single bed and a pull-out sofa would have been preferred. Busy staff coped well and remained professional. Beautiful decor and interesting history. Upgraded room and personal card for birthday. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved the friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and were able to drop our luggage off while we waited for our room. The service was great and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities. The beds were comfortable and the flat-screen TV provided some entertainment after a long day of sightseeing.

Although the rooms were somewhat small and lacked some ambiance, we still recommend this venue to anyone planning a trip to this city. The staff, from the front desk to the room cleaners, were all so welcoming and accommodating.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rialto for a few nights and I can't recommend highly enough this hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable bed linens. I loved that the Junior Superior room had a small kitchen with a microwave and electric kettle, and there were two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The location is great, just a short walk from the harbor and some fantastic restaurants. The hotel even offers a complimentary room upgrade and access to an amazing gym. Absolutely loved my stay here!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to all necessary amenities and major sightseeing spots within walking distance. The front desk staff were helpful and kind, even recommending nearby parking options when the hotel lot was full. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Great spot to stay in downtown. The location was perfect, with lots of shopping and the harbor only a few blocks away. The hotel had been completely upgraded to modern rooms, which were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even offering me a free upgrade to a larger suite. The continental breakfast was also of great quality.

There were a few downsides. The check-in process took some time and lacked warmth.
