Great location close to VT, easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. Rooms were clean with a nice kitchen setup. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine, the cook who made delicious breakfasts.

Smoking in outdoor areas was a significant issue, making it unpleasant for non-smoking guests and families with babies. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was inconsistent, with reported issues such as dead flies, dirty microwaves, and missing amenities like soap and glasses.

On a leisure trip, we stayed at Home2 Suites and were thrilled with the upgrades. the room was cozy yet well-equipped, boasting a fantastic bathroom with dual shower heads. the bed was incredibly comfortable, with great pillows. the breakfast was decent, though I missed cooked oatmeal. the layout and amenities suited us perfectly, and the outdoor gas grills were a pleasant surprise. the location was superb, close to eateries, shopping, and a movie theater, with easy access to downtown and Virginia Tech Campus.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the loud AC and average coffee, overall we had a pleasant stay. The room layout was perfect for two people and possibly even four. the kitchenette was a great size and the breakfast offered was very good. the location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Security could be improved as there were no cameras on one of the floors. on the first day, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and contained pubic hairs.
