The hotel staff was very accommodating, calling a taxi and providing a complimentary toothbrush. The room was cleaned perfectly every day. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower enclosure was classy. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. The staff served us well in English. The hotel had a gorgeous pool that we unfortunately didn't get to use.

The beds were exceptionally cozy, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was fantastic, featuring hardwood floors and providing everything we needed. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, including a lovely restaurant and a cozy coffee shop, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. In terms of relaxation, the leisure facilities were outstanding. We made use of the spa and wellness center, the indoor swimming pool, and the sun terrace, where we could soak up the sun in a tranquil environment. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to friends and family.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks that I want to mention. We did experience a constant low-level noise in our suite, which was a bit bothersome at times.

The value for money was excellent, with a stunning and modern decor. The staff were friendly and the room was spotlessly clean.

Breakfast could be improved by offering more variety and choices.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to biking lanes. No need for a car if you have a bike. We had a suite with a big balcony which was nice to sit outside in the hot summer.

Couldn't adjust temperature in the shower, and it wasn't warm enough. the robes in the room were worn out.

we called to have the bed to pull down and although it took a while with several calls, the staff eventually assisted us. Check-in was a bit slow as our room wasn't ready, but the front desk was friendly.
