I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, including to the Air Canada Centre for a hockey game. The hotel is also close to Union Station, making it easy to get to and from the airport. Plus, it's just a short walk to the CN Tower and the Ripley's Aquarium. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great restaurant suggestions and even calling us a car for the airport. the location and the staff made our stay here fantastic.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of downtown. The rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed, with a good bathroom. Despite being an older hotel, it had been nicely refurbished. The free wifi option was also a great perk.

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was spotless and surprisingly spacious. the shower was spacious and had great water pressure. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and all the hot spots in the city. We also appreciated the late check-out that was accommodated for us.

There were a few drawbacks. the plumbing in the room was quite noisy and disturbed our sleep.

The on-site restaurant is good, and there is a great pub across the street. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, making our visit enjoyable. The recent refurbishment has made the hotel more comfortable.

Close to the Scotiabank Arena and conveniently situated for walking to various attractions in the city. the staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. the room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy and enjoyable environment. the restaurant offered a wide menu selection for breakfast, with delicious food and excellent service.

Limited parking options and lack of on-site parking. the process of finding parking was quite inconvenient, especially for guests with a lot of luggage.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even providing us with an umbrella when it rained. The room was clean and the window shades were great for sleeping in. The location was wonderful, within 10 minutes of Eaton Centre and a 15-minute walk from Union Station. We didn't need any transportation to explore the city. The free wifi had a good signal in the room. The size of the room was just right for a solo traveler like myself, cozy yet spacious enough.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Victoria. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a charming character. The location was fantastic, close to popular attractions and a variety of restaurants. The staff, especially Val from housekeeping, were helpful and attentive.

Great location and warm welcome. The size of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, giving it a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and always made us feel welcome. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and had a nice view of the street. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to Union Station was a major convenience, especially with the easy access to Pearson Airport via the UP Express. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the Overeasy restaurant, conveniently located in the hotel's lobby. The 10% discount card provided by reception for Marche restaurant was a nice bonus. our stay at this boutique hotel was enjoyable and we would definitely choose it again for its excellent location and welcoming atmosphere.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel staff, particularly Tamarah, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and great location.

Excellent location near subway station, mall, and streetcar line. Stylish interior with primary black, white, and chartreuse color scheme. Small but comfortable Business Queen room with lots of power outlets. Fastest hotel wifi ever experienced. Friendly staff and close proximity to hockey hall of fame.

The Hotel Victoria exceeded my expectations in several areas. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center and conveniently situated between two subway stations. This made it incredibly easy to explore all that Toronto has to offer. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, offering great service and attention to detail throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities and toiletries. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.
