Comfy beds and soft sheets were a highlight of our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful during our city trip. Great location with key attractions nearby like shops and restaurants.

The elevators were out of service and we were left struggling to carry our luggage with no assistance. Our room had a large stain on the carpet that made it look unsanitary.
