I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room service was excellent, especially the delicious burgers I ordered. The room itself was fantastic, with a cordless phone, a huge picture window overlooking the water, and a soft and comfortable bed. The shower was amazing too! The location was perfect for going to a show at the nearby Budweiser stage, just a convenient 5-minute walk away.

The room had amazing blackout blinds and a stunning view, making for a wonderful stay at X Toronto. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary drink in the Club Lounge, and the friendly staff who tried to light the sparklers for our daughter's birthday breakfast. we highly recommend X Toronto.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to Queen West, King West, Harbourfront, and downtown venues and attractions. This made it incredibly convenient for me and my children while attending an event at the Queen Elizabeth theater. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, treating us like family and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to all tastes. The stunning view from our room was the icing on the cake, providing a spectacular backdrop to our stay. The hotel also had amazing facilities, including a rooftop pool and an on-site sports club. it was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

The only minor downside was the limited in-room dining menu for those staying for an extended period of time.

The restaurant at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with excellent food and attentive service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing great fun for everyone. The comfortable and well-appointed rooms, along with the stunning views, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail, excellent staff, and superb dining options.

Everything is what we need and want.

As vegetarians and vegans, we absolutely loved the variety of delicious plant-based options available at Hotel X. Whether it was the tasty vegan breakfast options or the amazing selection of vegetarian dishes at the on-site restaurant, we were spoiled for choice. The hotel even offered vegan cooking workshops, which was a fantastic opportunity for us to learn new recipes and techniques.

We felt completely happy and satisfied with our stay, without any complaints.

the hotel provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The staff, especially Kevin the Bellman, was incredibly helpful in retrieving my lost phone. The spa recommendation from the front desk was spot-on, and the entire staff was courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay here again for its convenient location near Echo Beach and the great service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location, close to the Queen Elizabeth theater and downtown. The room was comfortable with a very clean bathroom. The staff was courteous and provided excellent service. Although the breakfast was a bit expensive, the downstairs restaurant offered a variety of options. The view from the room was also great, especially if you're attending a concert at the nearby Budweiser Stage.

I found the lights switches, phone, and shower taps in the room to be quite confusing.

The hotel's location is not ideal for those looking to explore the city, as it is slightly outside the downtown area. However, it is right by the lake and offers beautiful views. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, and the check-in process is quick. The hotel's valet service was also seamless.

There was some misinformation about the facilities advertised on the hotel's internal TV channel. The "games/hangout room" and basketball court were not available for use by guests, leading to disappointment for families with children.

My experience at the hotel was dampened by the high prices of the restaurant's meals and the uncomfortable pillows. the room size was quite small for the price, and I found myself feeling cramped.

Plus, the hotel had Tesla charging stations in the underground parking, which was a convenient feature. The only minor issue was with the location being slightly inconvenient for walking or accessing the subway. the quiet location was a positive aspect and the hotel provided easy parking.
