We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great and incredibly accommodating. They listened to us and provided support when we needed it. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to major highways. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making us feel at ease and comfortable throughout our stay.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff. The spacious rooms were well-appointed and quiet from outdoor noise, except for the unfortunate car alarm incident. The hotel's location near walking trails and an open area for breakfast was fantastic.

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist guests, like helping with moving large items. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with comfortable beds. The hot breakfast, though basic, includes decent options and even offers picante sauce for the scrambled eggs. Despite being near the interstate, there is minimal traffic noise in the bedrooms. The hotel is also dog-friendly, making it a great choice for pet owners.

I stayed at La Quinta for a quick overnight stay during my road trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was convenient, right off I-20, and the neighborhood felt safe. The breakfast was enjoyable, and my boys really liked it. But the standout feature of this hotel was the exceptional service from Cathy, the desk clerk. She made me feel right at home and provided top-notch service. I truly appreciate her!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room at La Quinta. Everything looked neat and tidy, which made us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hot breakfast items were freshly prepared and the staff replenished the options quickly. The location of the hotel was convenient for our travels, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is in a great location near some beautiful walking trails which was perfect for spending time outside in the fresh air. The service was excellent and we really appreciated the room amenities, like the tea and coffee facilities and sitting area. The outdoor swimming pool was a really nice touch and we enjoyed cooling off in the hot Texas weather. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel near the wooden area, where I enjoyed my morning walk on the trails. The open area where breakfast was served also provided a nice view of the surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom and breakfast was tasty, especially the fresh fruit. The hotel also had a great fitness center.

The hotel lacked proper pet relief areas, which was inconvenient for pet owners.

I recently stayed at La Quinta in Big Spring for a quick rest on my way from Tucson, AZ to Burleson, TX. The price was incredibly reasonable and the room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff, especially Deena, went above and beyond to help us, even assisting us with moving a large box to our truck. Tony from maintenance also offered his assistance in loading the box into the bed of our pickup. The staff's friendliness and eagerness to help really made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is super pet-friendly, with dog treats available at the front desk. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. I will definitely be staying here again.
