The hotel has a trendy and fun decor that we really enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the addition of games and activities like ping pong and karaoke. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to the main downtown area and offering beautiful views of the park and lake from the decks.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the room we stayed in was a bit on the small side, which was a bit inconvenient.

The views would have been great if it wasn't for the smoke from the fires. The hotel offers amazing amenities and has a fabulous vibe. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. a great choice for solo travelers.

The room itself was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The addition of a smart TV and a fridge in our standard king room was a pleasant surprise. The parking lot was well-lit and designed to provide a sense of safety for our vehicle. The staff was laid-back and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also a positive aspect, being in close proximity to downtown. we had a great experience at Hotel Zed and would highly recommend it.

While the room was tidy and comfortable, it was located in a basement, resulting in a lack of natural light and some noise. Additionally, the value for the price paid was somewhat poor.

The hotel is very close to everything, including the downtown Kelowna city park. It's also great value for money since the rooms come with basic amenities, a kitchenette, and even two bunk beds. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the vibrant and colorful atmosphere of the hotel. It was a unique and fun experience that added a lot of excitement to my holiday. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered bikes, skateboards, and longboards for guests to use. It was a great way to explore the area and have some outdoor fun.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly enjoy about my stay. the parking situation was less than ideal.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this vibrant hotel, conveniently located right across the street from the park. The retro-themed room was a delightful surprise, with unique features like a working dial/push button telephone, office filing cabinets as bedside tables, and even a free comic and yoyo as a greeting present. The hotel also offers exciting amenities such as free table tennis, a jacuzzi, roller skates, and a cozy deck with a fireplace. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to rent bicycles for some fun exploration.

Being close to a couple of noisy clubs meant that it could get a bit noisy at night.

What a fun and vibrant hotel experience! The colorful decor and unique facilities like the ping pong room and disco room really added personality to my stay. I loved hanging out in the patio and lounge areas, which had a wonderful atmosphere. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and downtown strip. And the fact that they offered free coffee was a great bonus. Plus, being able to rent bicycles and longboards from the hotel was a fantastic touch. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Zed and would definitely come back in the future.

While the pricing of the rooms was on the higher side, the overall experience and ambiance of the hotel made up for it. Additionally, the bathroom window overlooked an area where some homeless individuals were present, but the noise was minimal and the AC created a nice white noise effect.

Great renovation, new bathroom, linens, carpet, and paint. Good location for watching the triathlon. Close to restaurants, playground, and lake. Room slept 6 with queen bed, pullout couch, and bunk beds. Would stay again.

I had such a fun time at Hotel Zed! My stay was for a weekend getaway. The outdoor rooftop sitting areas with fireplaces were lovely, perfect for enjoying some drinks. The staff were amazing and the hotel had lots of fantastic amenities, from the rooftop patios to the ping pong table. The attention to detail in all areas of the hotel was impressive. The location by the water was great for exploring waterfront parks and grabbing takeout. a fantastic experience!

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the free bike rentals that allowed me to explore the city and beaches easily. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with complimentary maps of the area. The location was also convenient as it was close to all the restaurants, the beach, and the marina. the free smart TV in the room was a nice touch that allowed me to unwind and watch my favorite shows.

The loud noises at night were unbearable. The younger crowd that this hotel attracts was partying until late, and it was difficult to get any sleep.
