The room was absolutely amazing, so modern and clean, with jaw-dropping views. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with a huge variety of delicious options. The location was super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room had all the amenities we needed, like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The express check-in/-out made our stay hassle-free. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

the stay at la spezia was good, but cinque terre gateway was exceptional. the charming place, attentive staff, and clean rooms made it a perfect choice. location was great, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby.

The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the nearby Cinque Terre villages. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with train timetables and directions.

It would have been nice to have a more substantial meal before starting the day. the 75 euro charge for late arrival seemed excessive, especially considering that I had notified them in advance.

Close to train station and easy check-in process. Convenient parking options nearby. The hotel room was located on the third floor of a unique building. Despite its spooky appearance, the room was fabulous and we had a great time during our stay. , enjoyed exploring the beautiful hiking trails at Cinque Terre.

The check-in policy stating that guests must check-in by 7:30 pm seemed unreasonable. We arrived a little late due to train delays and were penalized with a hefty additional charge of 75 euros.

A hallway with a self-service coffee machine, because who needs human interaction in the morning? And the double-glazed windows guaranteeing darkness, perfect for those who can't stand natural light.

Such a shame that the breakfast was just a croissant and coffee, it's not like I wanted anything more than that.

As young people, we loved the modern and well-appointed rooms at Cinque Terre Gateway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The comfortable bed and real plumbing were a pleasant surprise. The location was also great, within walking distance to the train station and downtown area. We were able to easily explore La Spezia and visit Cinque Terre. Additionally, the owner, Michele, was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
