The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely couch area and great desk/office space. the staff was extremely friendly and the place seemed well managed.

The hotel bar and kitchen were short-staffed, resulting in slow food orders. We ended up having to settle for bags of chips.

I also loved the delicious Thai soup that I had in the lounge. The hotel's complimentary shuttle and efficient check-in and check-out processes were also greatly appreciated. a great experience.
